There are two places that bring me joy. One is to teach others the value of breathing and the other is to create and lead meditations. For years I have wanted to offer a program like this, but there was never enough time. This year has been an exceptional one and the perfect time to establish a daily breathing practice with this program of 30 days of Breathing.

Times are changing and we are being required to look at life through new eyes. The breath is the Access Point, cutting through negativity and worries; it opens the door to your true potential. A daily breathing practice easily creates a space of creativity and inspiration.
Conscious breathing technique reduces stress, clears the mind, and balances the emotions. This daily practice brings you into the present moment and a life of greater peace and tranquility. It takes 30 days to break an old habit and establish a new one. Here you will be supported in a life changing, transformational process.

The program
Every morning you will receive an email with a link to the session for the day. You decide on the right time and place to participate. The session begins with an introduction and a guided breathing meditation that leads you gently into a breathing practice with a musical background. The entire session is 30 minutes but you can shorten or extend it as you like.
The first two sessions will teach you the conscious connected breath that will be the foundation for the days that follow. Along with the use of the breath, each session will have a focus that will change daily. Examples: Opening the Heart, Letting Go, The Art of Forgiveness, Living with Joy, Surrendering to Life, Self-Love, Living Spontaneously, Honoring Your Emotions, The Value of Friendship, Loving Your Body, and so much more.
