A complimentary breathing session with Carol Lampman and Omri Citron for all those who have participated in Integral Breath Therapy Programs in Israel. This is for experienced breathers only. This program will include a meditation in both English and Hebrew leading to an intention and followed by a group breathing session to music. We will conclude with a one-word share.
